Notice for Creditors of Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, Inc. and Subsidiaries:

On March 15, 2010, the Maricopa County Superior Court appointed a receiver to take control of Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, Inc., Cheyenne Mountain Games, Inc., and their related affiliates (the "Cheyenne Entities").  On November 8, 2010, MCA Financial Group, Ltd. was appointed as the substitute receiver for the original receiver. 

On October 17, 2011, the court entered the “Order Establishing Procedures and Deadlines (Bar Date) for Submitting Claims against Receivership Estate” (the "Order Fixing Bar Date") that approved a set of procedures proposed by the receiver for creditors of the Cheyenne Entities to submit any claims they may have to the receiver for review.  

On November 18, 2011, the receiver mailed a Notice of Entry of the Order Fixing Bar Date (the order is attached as an exhibit to the notice), along with a court-approved proof of claim form, on all known creditors of the Cheyenne Entities.   Copies of that Notice and the proof of claim form can be accessed, downloaded and printed by clicking on the link below.

The deadlines for Creditors to submit a signed and completed proof of claim form to the receiver that satisfies all of the requirements set forth in the Order Fixing Bar Date is January 2, 2012.  If you believe you are a Creditor of one or more of the Cheyenne Entities, did not receive the proof of claim form, and wish to submit a claim, you may obtain copies of the documents referenced above by clicking on the links on this website, or by contacting Karrilyn Krahe of MCA Financial Group, Ltd. at the following email address or phone number:
