ok, first the on topic issue. off the top of my head, the red jaffa suits are likely in any episode showing apophis' jaffa, after he rose from the fires of netu and stole sohkar's army. one episode i can think of is enemies, which takes place entirely on apophis' ship.

and now to go off topic. mckay called it wacky naquadah when he met jonas in the 2 parter with the ancient gate exploding device.
and also in that episode, the naquadriah successfully generated a hyperspace window to transport the overloading gate millions of miles away. i'd call that useful. and when naquadriah was integrated into a nuke, it was extremely useful, to the ori...

I wonder why they never used naquadriah to invent those "defence shields" they talked about? I think it would have been awesome if tau'ri could create a primative form of shield technology that they could have used throughout the episodes. You know stuff like halo bubble shields and such

The red jaffa armor could be unlockables, they actually are elite armors.

yah i mentioned an ep a little later blevok, S4Ep22 appears to be the first time that the red Jaffa Armor (aka Elite Armor) appears
