I am not sure what if anything the devs
might do. Since there are no official comments I have a feeling nothing
will be done. Frankly I am happy with the current setup. The spawn
area is protected and there are multiple ways to exit the spawn area.
If things get to bad, usually because of a big team imbalance, you can
always leave.
ALIENSPAIN I have played on maps that had what you suggested. For the most part they where implemented as ugly hacks to stop serious spawn killing. It did solve spawn camping but it created a whole set of new problems that I did not like. This will be my last post on this topic because Sokar is right, we can beat on this horse until the cows come home and never get anywhere.

I did not know there were such an issue with spawn camping, I look at it as a challenge, and I have been killed so many times by people spawning camping, I lost count, probably explain why I have such a high death and low kill ratio ; lol. I think that people who complaining about spawning camping, are in it to boost their kill/ratio numbers. I recognized alot of people in thread that I either play with or against and had great fun battles when these situations arise, where tides turn into our favor, because of teamwork and adapting a different approach, like sending 3 out of the gate of where they spawn gaters are, while a group goes out another exit and flank them, or everyone makes a push all at once right into them. I mean after all, this suppose to be about military strategy, understanding the environment and weak points, if you corner and overwhelm the enemy opposing forces, what we suppose to do, when we do, oh gee let wait" and hold our fire for 5 seconds, or ask can "we now fight" if we see someone just standing by the spawn door. I understand about shooting inside the spawn room, and why some people are indicating we should not to be allows to shoot into spawn area. However I mix on this, because we cannot have it both way, there been plenty of times where I use the spawn as a retreat and to my advantage when I needed it. If you put an invincibility feature in this, you will have to counter it by locking the spawn that prevent the players to retreat back into the area. Also I think the Astrak players will hate any spawn camping restricted because then, most of them will find out they are not very good and their kill count will go down because they love to hang out around spawn area. Personally, I think the moment someone step out of their spawn, they should be fair game. This game is about teamwork and adapting, and there are more than one exit points in the game. I enjoy the challenges of overcoming a good group of spawn campers and vice versa..

Its very boring die all time by spawn
campers, or die inside your spawn camp by jaffa glitchers, and is very
boring killing players in the exit of their spawn, because i made it a
lot of more spawn camp than i recieved....

Why not add a "you are in a spawn area"
flag like "you are in a ring transporter" flag (to make "fish in a
barrel" possible) and autokick those who deal dammage to ppl with the
"you are in a spawn area" flag?

Sorry but i don´t understand so good this but...
I said spawn area all time... the ring area didn´t must considerate spawn camping, because the rings teleporter are "Voluntary" but the spawn isn´t voluntary
