Oh man. Maybe I shouldn't! Oh what
the heck,
Buckmy_Salls comes from a conversation I had with my bud years ago. We were joking and goofing off. I said I'm gunna change my name to Harry Nadds. He laughed and said no change your name to Buck Salls! We were both laughing and we got into a road rage situation at the very moment and I yelled at the other driver Buck My Salls! When I was thinking of a name for in-game I was drawing a blank. I couldn't think of anything. My mind wandered and I thought about that moment and I thought Hey Harry Nadds! No, no Buck is funnier so I tried BuckMy Salls hoping I wouldn't get banned. __________________

My name actually has evolved since
I joined the community. In the beginning I used my normal Handle I used
on Android dev boards and other forums I was part of which was
Deadphoenix. Deadphoenix was chosen because I was always rising from
the ashes to overcome adversity and challenge. When I joined the
community people started just calling me Phoenix. Which bothered me ..
I decided that I really wanted a Stargate based name for the game and
forums.. and Since Sokar was the devil incarnate and because he was
killed in his 1st episode.. in which he ascended and was cast down
again without anyones knowledge... he fits the whole deadphoenix naming
thing.
So I am Sokar hear me RAGE. __________________

Sorry, couldn't resist. My name is Scuba Steve. Basically I screwed up at work one time and my boss went 'dam you Scuba Steve!' For whatever reason he was thinking of the movie 'Big Daddy'. After that, the name stuck. __________________

ok ill jump in here i suppose.
WarKrazed, well i dont even remember what made me use the name in the first place. I did decide to use the K instead of C.....C just didnt look right. I used this name A LONG time ago in C&C Renegade and after that seeing i was running into old friends in other games who would say "hey are you that warkrazed" so i've continued to use it in every game since then. Plus im sure somewhere out there someone has the same name, but so far i've never ran into a situation where i get the "that name is already in use" so it saves me having to strain the mind to think of another name. __________________

Fringeworthy is a pen and paper RPG
from the early '80s about an international military team investigating
an ancient dimensional portal discovered in Antarctica, who explore the
different universes the portal takes them to, in order to find and
defend against potential alien threats to earth. Only certain people
who have a special gene (the "fringeworthy") could operate the ancient
equipment. Does that sound... familiar?
BTW, in case anyone is wondering, the company that created Fringeworthy lost the lawsuit. Google for more information. |

Anyways, mine is rather simple. "Night" comes from "Nightwish" my favorite band, and "Chrono" from my favorite game "Chrono Trigger". I used to go by Chronoswordsman back in my teen angst AIM days, but I still have a few active accounts to various forums/services under that name. |

Ratte (Rat-tay) I say it's french,
but it's really not (like Dirte, from Joe Dirt)
I started out as Desert_Rat, someone in SL said "do you want a cooler name" so I changed it to Ratte to be more sophisticated...the rest is noob bashish history __________________
