Help to Retrain

Hello, I've played STF Normal and Elite but people say that I need to change my skills.
I have Antiproton XI and tactical consoles antiproton XI.
People say the problem is my skills are not good.
I am Engineer, level 50 and I have an escort ship fleet to use dual heavy cannons.
Someone could give me advice or a guide on what skills change? (I have many in 6)

hello sir lassdom.  there is a handy little tool on the stoacademy website called the skill planner, where you can plan out your skills and equipment before making it so in-game.
you can also click on the build sharing link to see other peoples builds.  sort the list by medals to see the most popular builds.
